Brett Stefan, DC, MS, is a chiropractor, nutritional recovery coach, and certified personal trainer. As the primary provider at Farabaugh Chiropractic in Westerville of Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Stefan is committed to the practice’s goal: “Let’s get you back to being you.”
Born in the beautiful mountains of Cumberland, Maryland, Dr. Stefan’s family moved to Columbia, South Carolina, before settling in Massillon, Ohio. He played sports year-round, including football, basketball, and baseball.
The frequent minor musculoskeletal injuries Dr. Stefan endured throughout his athletic youth introduced him to chiropractic care from a friend’s father. His personal experience with the rapid improvement and lasting benefits of chiropractic inspired Dr. Stefan’s career path.
With a passion for both sports and helping others, Dr. Stefan commits his life to further understanding the anatomy and biomechanics of the human body as well as the importance of proper nutrition. He earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, before completing a master’s degree in nutritional sciences and a doctorate in chiropractic at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri, near St. Louis.
Dr. Stefan finished his training at Logan University’s Human Performance Center before moving to Washington, DC, for an internship. He then moved back to Ohio because he missed the pride and passion of his home community. Dr. Stefan currently lives in Worthington, Ohio, with his wife, Natalie, and their fox red lab, Riggins. When he isn’t working, Dr. Stefan can be found on the golf course.
